1. Family Authorization

By submitting an obituary, you confirm and warrant that you have explicit permission from the deceased’s family or estate to publish their details and photograph.

2. Verification Policy

All notices undergo administrative verification prior to public publication. Obituaries.co.ke reserves the right to request verbal or written confirmation from submitters.

3. Fee & Refund Policy

The standard submission fee is KES 500 per notice, processed via Safaricom M-Pesa. Payments are non-refundable once the notice is verified and published.

4. Content Accuracy

Submitters remain solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of names, dates, biographies, and funeral arrangements provided.
